Get Outside Boston!

Spring day in the Arboretum
We scoped out some of our favorite workout spots in Boston!  So get outside and enjoy Boston!

The Fens:  With just about every sporting facility available, enjoy the warm weather with basketball courts and soccer, football and lacrosse fields.  There also is full track, fancy to walk, jog or run. Prepare yourself for 1.8 miles of lush green canopies entering Boston, leading you into one of the greatest cities on earth, Boston.

Arnold Arboretum:  Where Planet Earth meets perfectly paved tracks—creating an exquisitely refined, yet challenging, walk, jog or run.  ‘Tis the season for blossoming trees, flowering gardens and blanketing green grass. Perfect for yoga, a picnic or losing track of how long you’ve run due to the beautiful landscape.  Check this place out!

The Esplanade on Charles River:  Easy to get to and full of energy, the Esplanade has just about everything you need to immerse yourself in a sunny day’s outdoor activities.  Run, Bike, Blade, Skate, or Sail.  Travel as you’d like on a paved path to a full baseball field, body-weight workout oasis and lush fields.  In between the cascading city buildings and sparkling Charles, this place is unique to say the least!

Castle Island:  This South Boston peninsula, filled with sweeping grass hills and a beautiful view of the Boston skyline, has all the outdoor necessities for one spectacular outdoor workout.  Exert yourself on historic grounds and cross more than one thing off of your bucket list!

Sunny afternoon at the Blue Hills Reservation
Blue Hills Reservation: Calling all hikers and nature enthusiasts.  Venture to the Blue Hills Reservation for a slice of the Adirondacks.  Challenge yourself by hiking up one of the 22 peaks, peering over Boston and enjoying the sunshine.  With trail varieties to fit any workout, it’s a great daytrip getaway.
